Salary

€ 3.000 - € 5.000 gross per month based on 40 hours

Experience in HR and payroll administration (experience with AFAS is a plus) Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to payroll, employment and pensions You work accurately and in a structured way You feel comfortable working in HR and payroll systems You are service-minded and communicate clearly You have a valid PDL certification
  • You like creating structure and working with clear processes
  • You handle confidential information with care and discretion
  • You spot bottlenecks and propose practical improvements
  • You communicate easily with colleagues across departments
  • You stay calm when deadlines are tight, for example around payroll runs

Job description

As our new HR and Payroll Administrator, you are the professional who brings structure, keeps an overview, and likes to keep the administrative foundation in order.

What will you do?

As HR and Payroll Administrator, you ensure reliable payroll processing and a well-organized HR administration. You work closely with the Finance department and external parties such as the pension fund, occupational health service, and others.

Specifically, this means that you:
  • ensure correct and timely payroll processing
  • ensure accurate processing of various changes, such as onboarding and offboarding, leave, and absenteeism
  • perform checks on payroll components, deductions, and pension contributions
  • manage personnel files and ensure they are complete and up to date
  • answer colleagues' questions regarding payslips, contracts, and administrative HR matters
  • periodically and proactively prepare reports on absenteeism, inflow, outflow, and labor costs
  • identify deviations or discrepancies
